At Bookworm University, we believe books are the best teachers. Our mission is to celebrate Black stories and literature — from children’s books that spark imagination to fiction, poetry, memoirs, and nonfiction that inspire and empower. Every title is carefully chosen to honor African American voices and experiences that deserve to be seen, heard, and shared.

But we’re more than an online bookstore — we’re a community and creators. We host pop-up shops and are the creators of the Black Book Fair, bringing readers and authors together to celebrate storytelling and culture.
